The Epigenome Atlas web services are no longer supported nor available.

The funding which gave rise to these services ended years ago and they are no longer compatible or robust enough to use with our active platform.

Data generated by the original project is still available at the public FTP site. Both the original data and subsequently reprocessed data can be found at:
